- Can a PVC patch be die-cut to a custom outline?Yes. The mould is cut to your outline, so the patch can follow the shape of your logo or a figure. Send the artwork with the outline drawn, or tell us which parts you want raised.
- Will a PVC patch survive washing?It depends on the attachment and on the garment. Tell us the fabric and the wash standard you are testing to, and we will confirm the backing and construction that suits it.
- How is a PVC patch attached to the garment?Sew-on, iron-on, self-adhesive or hook-and-loop — all are common. Sew-on is the usual choice for heavy outerwear; iron-on and adhesive suit lighter panels.
