Applications
Where heat transfer labels are used.
A transfer, not a printed sticker: the logo is built up on a carrier film and pressed onto the garment, giving a soft, elastic finish that moves with the fabric.
- Performance & compression wearElastic and light, so the branding moves with a four-way stretch fabric instead of cracking.
- Leggings & knitwearA flat finish with no sewing through the panel, so nothing rubs against the skin.
- Sportswear & jerseysLogos and back-neck branding applied in one press.
- Brand & care labelsNeck and hem branding where a sewn label would show through or sit too proud.

Buyer questions
Frequently asked.
- What temperature and pressure should I use for a TPU heat transfer? Our standard setting is 135–140 °C, 18–20 seconds at 2 kg, reverse press and cool peel. Always test on your own fabric and press first, because the best setting depends on the backing and the garment. Coated, waterproof or windproof fabrics must be tested on the actual fabric — send us a swatch and we will press it before production.
- Will a heat transfer label come off in the wash?We test heat-applied transfers to a 10-wash standard: 10 cycles of 1 hour each with a small amount of household detergent, checking for lifting, edge peel and colour loss. Tell us your own wash code and fabric and we will confirm the construction and press settings before bulk.
- Do you apply the transfer, or do we press it in our factory? Both are possible: transfers are supplied on a carrier film so your factory can press them, or we can quote for application during production. Either way we confirm the press settings with you first.
- Which fabrics work best?Smooth, heat-tolerant fabrics give the most consistent result. Send the fabric composition and a test panel and we will confirm what may need to change.
