Buyer questions
Frequently asked.
- What is the difference between high frequency and a heat transfer?A heat transfer is a flat printed layer pressed onto the fabric. High frequency adds a pressed relief, so the artwork has a dimensional, moulded look on the same flexible film base. The guide below compares them.
- Does it work on stretch fabrics? The film base stays flexible, so it suits performance fabrics — but the fabric and the relief depth should be tested together. Send a test panel and we will confirm.
- Can it be sewn on instead of pressed?Yes. High frequency labels can be supplied for heat transfer or for sewing, depending on the garment.
- What is the minimum order for custom high frequency labels?1,000 pieces per design. The mould and set-up costs make smaller runs uneconomic, so 1,000 pieces is the practical minimum.
- How long does sampling and bulk production take?A physical sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production takes 14–16 working days after the sample is approved.
